In some Cooperative in the area or in the Hotel itself we have a showcase with a wide variety of local Oils. Check in the Cafeteria.

Does the Hotel accept pets?
The Hotel & SPA Sierra de Cazorla 4* does not accept pets.
The Hotel Sierra de Cazorla & SPA 3* and Apartamentos San Pedro do accept pets; dog, cat and ferret (1 per room/apartment and stay). Maximum weight 35 Kg. Room cleaning will not be done with the pet in the room. Pets are only allowed in the reception and outdoor terrace of the cafeteria, always on a leash, restraint harness or carrier. Likewise, mobility through the Hotel hallways must be carried out with a leash, restraint harness or carrier. The hotel does not provide any utensils for housing the pet.

What hours is the Thermal Center open?
Throughout the year from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays and Bank Holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sundays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
*Children (from 5 to 16 years old) can enjoy the Thermal Center from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Sundays, accompanied by an adult.

Should I book the Water Circuit in advance?
Upon arrival at the Hotel, it is recommended that you go to the Thermal Center Reception to obtain information. For better enjoyment and because there is less crowd, it is recommended any time except Saturday afternoons as you may find some crowding, especially after 7 pm.

What offers do the Water Circuit have?
One Free Water Circuit per person for stays in our hotel with a minimum of three nights, included from Monday to Thursday except long weekends, Easter and August. Check application dates for weekends.

Can my children enjoy the Water Circuit?
Yes. The time we authorize for children and adolescents between 5 and 16 years old to enjoy the Water Circuit is from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, always accompanied by an adult.

What treatments does your “Oleo Salud” Thermal Spa Center offer?
An extensive menu of body, face and beauty treatments and massages, for relaxing, aesthetic, well-being, holistic purposes and for pregnant women, for couples, both with professional techniques, their own (olive oil), and oriental techniques. Should I book a treatment or massage in advance?
It is necessary to reserve in advance, either upon arrival at the hotel, at the Reception of the Thermal Center, by telephone from the room (extension 653), or in advance through the website or by telephone: (+34) 953 720 500. Should I bring a swimsuit, or do they provide it for me?
Preferably you should bring your swimsuit. If you do not have one, you can sell or rent one.

Do you provide bathrobe, flip flops and bathing cap?
Yes, included in the price. When the Water Circuit has been offered to you free of charge for any promotion, if you do not bring them, you must pay €3.50 per person.

If I am pregnant, can I enjoy the Spa and its treatments?
Yeah. During this period, taking care of yourself ensures a good recovery after childbirth. Our treatments are not only safe, but also recommended for the well-being of the future mother or to put an end to the small discomforts of this stage (foot swelling, fatigue, heaviness and pain in the legs, cramps, stretch marks,...) with this we promote physical and emotional relaxation. Always with the approval of your gynecologist.

What do I do if I have health problems?
It is important that you notify us of any health problems you may suffer (such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical illness or disability) or questions when booking. If you experience any discomfort during treatment, please inform your therapist immediately.

Do you have a double cabin?
We have a double therapy cabin, for couples or friends. Check availability in advance.

Are cell phones allowed?

Lockers are available in the spa for your personal items, we recommend that you leave all your jewelry and valuables at home, or in the safe in your room.
