The town of La Iruela is just 150 metres away from the hotel. The town of Cazorla is about 2 km.

Does the hotel provide transfer from Linares-Baeza Station and / or from Cazorla Bus Station to the hotel?
If you request it, we can inform you of the means of transport available. The taxi service is always under availability.
How do I get to La Iruela and to the hotel?

Check in: From 12 noon. In the event that the room is not available at that time, your check-in may be delayed up to a maximum of 2 hours.
Check out: Before 12:00 noon.
If you want to postpone your check-out, consult the reception for availability and options.

Do you offer smoking rooms?
The rooms are non-smoking and with smoke detectors but we offer rooms with a terrace for smokers.

Can I get an upgrade on the reserved room upon arrival?
Yes. If there is availability and with a supplement that will be informed by the receptionist.

What TV channels do the rooms have?
Local and International Channels via DTT in addition to Canal + Liga and Champions.
Where can I store my valuables?
Many rooms have a safe deposit box. We also have a general Safe at the reception where you can leave your valuables upon arrival.

Is there good mobile phone coverage in the hotel?
Normally the coverage is good, although sometimes, it can be insufficient according to the area and telephone company.

What meal options does the Hotel offer if we have not booked them?
Breakfast buffet at the Restaurant from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. or the breakfast of your choice at the Cafeteria from 10:30 a.m.
Before 10:30 a.m., the restaurant can also offer you coffee or a light breakfast.
Lunch and dinner: Menu and a la carte in the restaurant.
Snack menu, combo meals, hamburgers, salads, etc. in the cafeteria.

Can I change the booked dinner for lunch?
Yes, only if you inform the Reception even on the same day.

What if I am on a special diet or if I have some kind of food intolerance?
Please inform the reception upon booking or upon arrival at the hotel and we will try to solve your dietary problem.

My stay coincides with a birthday / anniversary, can you organize anything for me?
Inform us upon arrival or in advance and we can organize a celebration of your choice, from decorating the room, a special meal, a party, a bouquet of flowers, a cake or simply a bottle of cava with canapés.

Do I have to book 4X4 excursions in advance?
During peak season, like some long weekends, it is convenient to book in advance.

Where can I buy Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the region?
In a Cooperative in the area or in the hotel itself, we showcase a wide variety of local oils. Check it out in the cafeteria.

Cancellation Policy:
Weekends, long weekends and August: Up to 7 days before arrival, without charges.
Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival: you will be charged for one night. Cancellations in less than 24 hours before arrival: you will be charged 50% of the total stay.
Rest of the year: Up to 24 hours before arrival, without charges.
With less than 24 hours: you will be charged for one night.

What time does the Thermal Centre open?
All year round (except National Holidays) 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Saturdays and Long Weekends: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
Sundays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
* Children can enjoy the Thermal Centre every Saturday from 09:00 am to 12:00 noon

Do I have to book the Water Circuit in advance?
Upon arrival at the hotel, it is recommended that you go to the reception of the Thermal Centre for information. For more privacy, you can avoid Saturday afternoons, especially after 7 in the afternoon.

What offers do you have on the Water Circuit?
Free Water Circuit per person for stays in our hotel with a minimum of two nights from Monday to Thursday except long weekends, Easter and August. 

Can my children enjoy the Water Circuit?
Yes. Children and teens between 5 and 16 years old can enjoy the Water Circuit from 10 to 12 in the morning. They should always be accompanied by an adult.

What treatments does your “Oleo Salud” Thermal Spa Centre offer?

Should I book a treatment or massage in advance?
It is necessary to book in advance, either upon arrival at the hotel, at the reception of the Thermal Center, by phone from the room (extension 653), through the website or by contacting (+34) 953 720 500 Fax : (+34) 953 720 017 Email: spa@spaoleosalud.com. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

Do I have to wear a bathing suit, or do they give it to me?
Preferably you should bring your swimsuit. If you do not have one, you can buy or rent one.

Do you provide bathrobes, flip flops and a shower caps?
Yes, they are included in the price. If the Water Circuit has been offered for free from any promotion, you must pay € 3.50 per person for them.

Do you have cosmetic products for sale?
Yes. You can buy cosmetic products, salts, body oils, gel, shampoo, olive oil and the entire Thalgo range at the reception of the Thermal Centre.

Can I enjoy the Spa and its treatments if I am pregnant?
Yes. During this period, taking care of yourself ensures a good recovery after delivery. Our treatments are not only safe, but recommended for the well-being of the future mother or to alleviate discomforts during this stage (swelling of feet, tiredness, heaviness and leg pain, cramps, stretch marks).

What do I do if I have health problems?
It is important that you notify us about any health problem that you are suffering (such as high blood pressure, allergies, any physical illness or disability). If you feel any discomfort during the treatment, please inform your therapist immediately.

Do you have a double cabin?
We have a double therapy cabin for couples or friends. Check availability in advance.

Are mobile phones allowed?
In case you need to have your phone, please keep it in silent mode and do not take photos in the water area out of respect for the privacy of other guests.

Is there a place to store my valuables?
There are lockers available in the spa for your personal belongings. We recommend that you leave all your jewelry and valuables at home or in your room's safe.

Can I choose a specific therapist?
The Spa has both male and female therapists. If you have a preference, let us know when you reserve.

What are the facilities you have in the locker room?
We have changing rooms for both ladies and gentlemen, with showers and services, fully equipped with: gel, shampoo, hair dryer and brush.
