Lunch and Dinner: Set menu and à la carte menu at the Restaurant.
Sandwich menu, mixed dishes, hamburgers, salads, etc. in the Cafeteria.

Can I change the dinner I booked for lunch?
Yes. You must inform Reception in advance the day before before 8:00 p.m.

During peak season dates, such as many weekends and long weekends, it is advisable to book in advance.

Where can I buy Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the region?
We have a display case with a wide variety of local oils at a local cooperative or in the hotel itself. Ask in the cafeteria.

Does the hotel accept pets?
The Hotel & SPA Sierra de Cazorla 4* does not accept pets.
The Sierra de Cazorla Hotel & SPA 3* and Apartamentos San Pedro do accept pets: dogs, cats, and ferrets (1 per room/apartment/stay). Maximum weight is 35 kg. Room cleaning will not be performed with pets in the room. Pets are only permitted in the reception and on the cafeteria's outdoor terrace, provided they are kept on a leash, harness, or carrier. Pets must be kept on a leash, harness, or carrier in the hotel's corridors. The hotel does not provide any facilities for pet boarding.

Thermal Center and Spa "Oleo Salud"

What are the opening hours of the Thermal Center?
All year round from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays and Long Weekends: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sundays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
*Children (5 to 16 years old) can enjoy the Thermal Center from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Sundays, if accompanied by an adult.

Should I book the Water Circuit in advance?
It is recommended to book spa treatments before arriving at the hotel by calling (+34) 953720500 (limited capacity). Upon arrival at the hotel, please visit the Thermal Center Reception to confirm your reservation. For maximum enjoyment and due to fewer visitors, we recommend any time except Saturday afternoons, as there may be some crowding, especially after 5 p.m.

What offers are available at the Water Circuit?
One free water circuit per person for stays of a minimum of three nights at our hotel, including Monday through Thursday, excluding long weekends, Easter, and from July 1st to September 24th, Christmas Week, New Year's Eve, and Epiphany. Check application dates for weekends.

Can my children enjoy the Water Circuit?
Yes. We authorize children and adolescents between the ages of 5 and 16 to enjoy the Water Circuit from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., provided they are accompanied by an adult.

What treatments does your “Oleo Salud” Thermal Spa Center offer?

Should I book a treatment or massage in advance?
Advance reservations are required. Please book at the Spa Center Reception upon arrival, by phone from your room (extension 653), or in advance through the website or by calling: (+34) 953 720 500. Email: spa@spaoleosalud.com. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

Should I bring a swimsuit, or will I be provided with one?
It's best to bring your own swimsuit. If you don't have one, we can sell it to you.

Do you provide a bathrobe, flip-flops and a swimming cap?
Yes, included in the price.

Do you have cosmetic products for sale?
Yes. At the Thermal Center reception, we offer cosmetics, salts, body oils, gel, shampoo, olive oil, and the entire Thalgo range.

If I am pregnant, can I enjoy the Spa and its treatments?
Yes. During this period, taking care of yourself ensures a good recovery after childbirth. Our treatments are not only safe but also recommended for the well-being of the expectant mother or to address minor discomforts during this stage (swollen feet, fatigue, heavy and painful legs, cramps, stretch marks, etc.). We promote physical and emotional relaxation. Always with the approval of your gynecologist.

What do I do if I have health problems?
It's important that you let us know about any health problems you may have (such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical illnesses, or disabilities) or concerns you may have when booking. If you experience any discomfort during treatment, please inform your therapist immediately.

Do you have a double cabin?
We have a double therapy cabin for couples or friends. Please check availability in advance.

Are cell phones allowed?
If you need to have your phone connected, please keep it on silent and refrain from taking photos in the water area, out of respect for our guests' privacy.

Is there a place where I can store my valuables?
Lockers are available at the spa for your personal belongings. We recommend leaving all jewelry and valuables at home or in your room's safe.

Can I choose a specific therapist?
The spa has both male and female therapists. If you'd like to choose a specific therapist, please let us know when making your reservation.

What equipment is there in the locker rooms?
We have both men's and women's changing rooms with showers and restrooms, fully equipped with shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer.
