Buffet breakfast in the Restaurant from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m., or breakfast of your choice in the Cafeteria from 10:30 a.m.
Before 10:30 am, the Restaurant can also offer you coffee or a light breakfast.
Lunch and Dinner: Menu and à la carte at the Restaurant.
Menu of sandwiches, combination plates, hamburgers, salads, etc. in the Cafeteria.

Can I change the dinner I booked for lunch?

During peak season, such as many weekends and long weekends, it is advisable to book in advance.

Where can I buy Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the region?
The hotel has a display case with a wide variety of local olive oils. Please inquire at the café or reception.

Does the hotel accept pets?
The Hotel & SPA Sierra de Cazorla 4* (in superior standard double rooms) and Apartamentos San Pedro welcome pets: dogs, cats, and ferrets (1 per room/apartment per stay). Maximum weight: 35 kg. Room cleaning will not be performed with the pet in the room. Pets are only permitted in the reception area and on the café's outdoor terrace, and must be kept on a leash, harness, or in a carrier. Similarly, pets must be kept on a leash, harness, or carrier when moving through the hotel hallways. The hotel does not provide any supplies for pets.

THERMAL CENTER AND SPA “OLEO SALUD”

What are the opening hours of the Thermal Center?
Throughout the year from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
Saturdays and long weekends: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sundays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
*Children (aged 5 to 16) can enjoy the Thermal Center from 10:00 to 12:00 on Mondays to Saturdays and from 9:00 to 12:00 on Sundays, accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to book the Water Circuit in advance?
It is recommended to book spa treatments before arrival at the hotel by calling (+34) 953720500 (limited availability). Upon arrival at the hotel, please go to the Spa Reception to confirm your reservation. For a more enjoyable experience and to avoid crowds, we recommend visiting at any time except Saturday afternoons, as it can get quite busy, especially after 5 pm.

What offers are available at the Water Circuit?
One free water circuit per person for stays at our hotel with a minimum of three nights, included from Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays, Easter week, and from July 1st to September 24th, Christmas week, New Year's Eve, and Three Kings' Day. Please check applicable dates for weekends.

Can my children enjoy the Water Circuit?
Yes. The hours we authorize for children and teenagers between 5 and 16 years old to enjoy the Water Circuit are from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., always accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to bring a swimsuit, or will you provide one?
You should preferably bring your own swimsuit. If you don't have one, we can sell it to you.

Do you have cosmetic products for sale?
Yes. At the reception of the Thermal Center, we have cosmetic products, salts, body oils, gel, shampoo, olive oil, and the entire Thalgo range.

If I am pregnant, can I enjoy the Spa and its treatments?
Yes. During this period, taking care of yourself ensures a good recovery after childbirth. Our treatments are not only safe but also recommended for the well-being of expectant mothers and to alleviate minor discomforts during this stage (swollen feet, fatigue, heavy and painful legs, cramps, stretch marks, etc.). These treatments promote physical and emotional relaxation. Always with the approval of your gynecologist.

What should I do if I have health problems?
It is important that you inform us of any health problems you may have (such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical illness, or disability) or any questions you may have when booking. If you experience any discomfort during treatment, please inform your therapist immediately.

Do they have a double cabin?
We have a double therapy cabin available for couples or friends. Please check availability in advance.
