La Iruela village is located at about 150 mts. Cazorla village at about 2 kmts.

The Hotel provides, transfer from Linares-Baeza railway station and/or from Bus station in Cazorla to the Hotel?

If you request it, we will inform you means of transportation available, rates and about taxi transport we can provide it, always under availability.

Check-in and Check-out policy?

Check in: At 2,00 pm. We could facilitate access to the room before 2 pm if available.
Check out: Before noon. If you wish a late check-out, please ask reception about availability and options.

Do you have smoking rooms?

All our rooms are non smoking, but we can provide rooms with terrace for smokers.

Can I get an Upgrade room upon arrival?

Yes. If available and with a supplement that Reception will inform you.

TV Channels in my room?

National and International Channels, TDT and Canal+Liga (soccer) and Champions.

Where can I keep my values?

Many rooms include a safe box. Also at the reception we have a general safe box at your disposal where you can keep your values, against receipt.

At the Hotel and Mountains surrounding is it there a good telephone coverage?

Yes, in normal circumstances, although sometimes and depending the area, can be not good enough.

WI-FI at the Hotel?

It’s free and available in all Hotel’s facilities. Password will be provided at check-in.

When the outdoor swimming-pool it’s in operation?

From 1st of June until the 15th of October.

There is a children’s Menu?

In our daily Menu, there are adequate plates for children.

What food options does the Hotel offers if we have not included meals?

Buffet breakfast in the Restaurant from 8 am till 10,30 am, or breakfast at your choice in the Coffee Shop after 10,30 am. Before 10,30 am you may also get a coffee or a light breakfast at the Restaurant.
Lunch and Dinner: Menu, a la Carte and Tasting Menu at the Restaurant. In the Coffee Shop: Sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, etc.

May I change my booked dinner to a lunch?

Yes. If previously you inform the Reception the day before until 8 pm.

May I eat a la Carte, if I have booked Half or Full board?

Yes. With an extra charge of 15€ per person and meal.

In case of special diet or food intolerances:

Please inform the Reception, when making your reservation or upon arrival and we will try to solve your dietetic problem.

My stay it coincides with a birthday or anniversary, what can you organize for me?

You inform us upon arrival or previously and we can organize a celebration at your choice, from a “romantic” decoration room, a special dinner, party, bouquet of flowers, cake or just a bottle of Champan with sweets.

Sightseeings and Excursions that I can do?

where you will find a full list of them, to make by yourself or hiring a 4×4 car with driver-guide. The Hotel Reception will provide you with maps, all information and reservations you might need.

Do I have to make the reservation of excursions by 4×4 in advance?

During high season, weekends and national holidays, it’s convenient.

Where can I buy Extra Virgin Olive Oil?

In any local Cooperative or at the Hotel, where you can find a wide range of local Olive Oils. Please ask at the Coffee Shop.

Cancellation Policy:

Weekends, National Holidays and August: Until 7 days before arrival, free cancellation.
Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours previous arrival: one night expenses and made less tan 24 hours, the 50% of the total stay.
Rest of the year: Until 24 hours before arrival, free cancellation. Less than 24 hours: one night expenses.

Do I have to reserve in advance the Water Dynamic Circuit?

Upon arrival at the Hotel get in touch with the Reception of the Thermal Center to get all the information. For you to get a most pleasant tour, we recommend you to avoid Saturdays afternoon as the Circuit can be crowded, specially after 7 pm. Another option for Saturdays it’s from 1 pm till 3,15 pm with a special fare of 15€ per person.

What are the treatments that offers your Thermal Center Spa “Oleo Salud”?

A wide menu of treatments and body massages, face and beauty, with relaxing purposes, aesthetics, well-being, holistics and for pregnant, also for couples, all by professional techniques, some of our own (olive oil), as oriental ones. All the list you will find it in our web www.spaoleosalud.com

Do I have to reserve a treatment or massage in advance?

Do I have to bring my swimsuit, or you provide it?

It’s preferable to bring your own swimsuit. If you don’t have it, we can sell or rent you one.

Do you provide bathrobe, flip-flops and bath cup?

Yes, included in the price. When the Water Circuit it’s offered free of charge due to a
promotion, if you don’t bring them, you have to pay 3,50€ per person.

Do you have Cosmetic products to sell?

Yes. At the Reception of the Thermal Center. Cosmetic products, Salts, Body lotions and oils, Foam bath and shampoos made by Olive Oil, as well as, the Thalgo products.

In case to be pregnant, can I enjoy the Spa and it’s treatments?

Yes. During that condition, to take care of yourself guarantees a good recovery after birth. Our treatments are, not only safes, also advisable for the well-being of the future mother or to finish with small troubles of that period (feet swelling, tiredness, legs pains, cramps, stretches …), this contributes to a physical and emotional relax. Always with your Doctor’s approval.

What can I do if I have health problems?

It’s important you inform us about any health trouble you could suffer (high blood pressure, alergies, physical disease or disability), also any doubt when you reserve your treatment. If you feel any bother during your treatment, please advise your therapist.

Do you have double cabins?

Yes. We have double cabins for twin therapy, for couples. Ask availability in advance.

*Are the móvil phones allowed?

In case you need to have your movil phone on, please keep it silent and not to take pictures at the Water Circuit, for respect and intimacy of the guest.

There is any place to keep my values?

There are wardrobes at your disposal for personal belongings and valuables, but we recommend you to leave your jewels and valuables at home or in your room safe box.

Can I choose a specific therapist?

We have Therapist men and women. If you prefer to choose one in special, please inform us when reserve.

What equipment do you offer in the dessing room?

We have Men’s and Women’s dressing rooms, with showers and toilet, equipped with foam bath, shampoo, hair drier and brush.
